Finding Friendship: Saplings is the Advanced-level neurodiversity-affirming social skills group for 8- to 9-year-olds, designed to support both neurotypical children and those with ADHD or ASD (low support needs). We tailor activities to each child’s interests and growth areas, using an integrative socioemotional curriculum adapted weekly to meet participants’ needs. The group’s goals are to strengthen social communication, build peer relationships, boost confidence, and promote emotional regulation in a supportive, structured environment.
