  • Morrissey Compton 595 Price Avenue Redwood City, CA, 94063 United States (map)

Middle school brings new academic demands, increased independence, and more responsibility, making it a critical time to strengthen executive function skills. In this engaging and supportive group, students will learn and practice strategies to improve organization, time management, task initiation, and emotional regulation. Participants will explore tools to manage homework, keep track of materials, plan ahead, and handle stress.
