Middle school brings new academic demands, increased independence, and more responsibility, making it a critical time to strengthen executive function skills. In this engaging and supportive group, students will learn and practice strategies to improve organization, time management, task initiation, and emotional regulation. Participants will explore tools to manage homework, keep track of materials, plan ahead, and handle stress. Through fun, age-appropriate activities and group discussion, students will build confidence and develop habits that support success both in and out of the classroom.
