Join Strong, Confident, and Creative Girls - a fun, supportive space where participants learn to manage worries, build confidence, and strengthen friendships through art, creativity, and self-expression. Participants will leave with practical tools to manage anxiety, foster kindness, and build stronger, more supportive connections with others and themselves. Each session combines engaging discussions and hands-on projects to help girls develop emotional awareness, empathy, and healthy coping strategies.
